If you are looking for an quick and easy lunch salad, my Mediterranean Salad recipe is for you!
Ingredients:
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/4 of Onion (red, yellow or white)
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 can of tuna
- 1/2 cup of Feta cheese
- 1 tsp of Olive oil
- 1 tsp of Avocado oil (Can be replace with another tsp of olive oil)
Simply cut every ingredient into small cubes, and mix it together in a large bowl.
THAT IS IT! 🙂
My secret ingredient: “Herbe de Provence” is a French blend of dry herbs (rosemary, savory, marjoram, oregano, basil, thyme). Which I brought back from my last trip to France. Prefect for any Mediterranean Salad!
